Each project is quoted as a build fee plus an optional monthly maintenance plan with health checks and alerts. Systems we run
1688 purchasing pipeline
Problem: Ordering hundreds of SKUs from Chinese suppliers by hand took hours each week and caused mistakes.
What we built: A pipeline that reads the reorder sheet, collects product data from 1688 and prepares purchase orders for review.

Problem: Payouts from several marketplaces never matched orders one to one.
What we built: A daily job that matches payouts, fees and refunds to orders, with health checks and alerts when a source fails.
