Store Data Hub and Daily Briefing

01 · The problem

Shopee's seller data is spread across several pages, and some reports expire and can no longer be retrieved. Comparing yesterday with last week meant downloading and pasting by hand every day.

02 · Our approach

• A daily schedule pulls six reports from each of the three stores: products, variations, store overview, ads, auto product selection and keywords.
• The data lands in spreadsheets and a database that can be cross-checked, and history is backfilled as far as the platform allows.
• A daily briefing lists the key figures and how they differ from yesterday and last week.
• Change tracking records what was changed and automatically compares performance over the 3 days and 7 days before and after.
