A sixteen-chapter regulatory document moves from page-by-page manual layout to a repeatable production process.

The video is an illustration of the process. All data shown is for demonstration.
01 · The request
“Every cosmetic product needs a Product Information File (PIF), a Taiwan regulatory document. The chapters are fixed but the attachments are many. Supplier documents, ingredient data and signature pages must go in the right place, and changing one page means renumbering the whole file.”
02 · Our approach
- Fix the structure of the sixteen chapters and list the documents each chapter needs.
- Documents supplied by manufacturers are embedded into the matching chapter automatically.
- A preview version is produced for confirmation, and page numbers are renumbered automatically when documents are added or pages replaced.
- Pages that need signing by a qualified professional keep a manual step. The program never signs on anyone's behalf.
03 · Process
- 01Collect product and supplier documents
- 02Place them into the sixteen chapters
- 03Produce preview, list missing documents
- 04Renumber after additions, issue final version
