The video is an illustration of the process. All data shown is for demonstration.
01 · The request
“I want to know which categories and price bands my competitor actually earns from, and where I have gaps. Their store has thousands of products and I can't open them one by one.”
02 · Our approach
- Page through the storefront and collect every publicly listed product: price, monthly sales and category.
- Filter out placeholder items and other false data, then estimate monthly revenue for each product.
- Summarise into category shares and a category by price band matrix.
- Recalculate your own store on the same basis so the two sides can be compared directly.
03 · Process
- 01Paste the competitor's store URL
- 02Page through and collect all products
- 03Estimate monthly revenue per product
- 04Produce the category × price band matrix
