Seller Chat Reply Draft Assistant
AI drafts the reply and a person reads it before sending. The rules that must be kept are written into the code.

The video is an illustration of the process. All data shown is for demonstration.
01 · The problem
Customer messages are frequent and repetitive, but fully automatic AI replies carry too much risk: a wrong delivery date, an invented discount or a product that is out of stock are all the store's responsibility.
02 · Our approach
- An AI draft appears beside the seller chat page. It does not send anything in place of a person.
- Store rules are written into a knowledge base, and the AI may not state as fact anything the knowledge base does not contain.
- Hard rules are enforced by code and covered by automated tests: no firm delivery dates, no invented discounts, only in-stock products recommended.
- After-sales messages and complaints get no selling. This is decided by code, not left to the AI.
03 · Process
- 01Buyer sends a message
- 02Code checks the rules first
- 03AI drafts a reply from the knowledge base
- 04Person confirms, fills in and sends
04 · Results
- First version complete, in internal trial
